This recipe is definitely one of our family favorites. It also makes 2 {9x13} pans.
1 C. oil
1 3/4 C. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 C. water
2 C. pumpkin puree
3 1/2 C. Self-rising flour
2 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate chips {enough to sprinkle on top}
1 C chopped nuts {optional}
Mix
oil and sugar. Add eggs, water, and pumpkin and mix well. Stir in dry
ingredients. Pour into two 9x13 pans. Sprinkle with chocolate chips
and nuts. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
